I'm buying a pre-paid phone for my girl but I'm not sure what company offers the best price and service? Any recommendations?

anyways,i had prepaid once with boost.i think i was 50 bucks for 300 minutes for the month.at first it wasnt that bad but i found it annoying always having to re-up constantly but some people like paying as you go so whatever suits you i guess.what companies have you been looking at? |

I would buy her a plan, but she still owes AT&T from the last time we did that. I just want her to have an emergency phone. Verizon annoying calls you whenever your about to run out of minutes and they charge you for that call. So I'm thinking Boost, Virgin, or Cingular. Any idea which one offers the cheapest minutes? Also NTEC offers the cheapest camera phone but I've never heard of them.
