Angel Stadium. Gotta give Arte some credit there.

I understand the purpose of the naming rights, but I wish things like names could remain the same, even if the building changes.

I used to know all the parks and arenas.
Remember the Summit?
The Spectrum?
Salt Palace?
McNichols Arena?
Reunion Arena?
The Mecca?

How about The ‘Stick?
The Murph?

I’ll take the Forum any day over that thing called Staples.

Thankfully, we still have Wrigley, Yankee Stadium, Fenway, Dodger Stadium, Notre Dame Stadium, Lambeau, the Big House, the Rose Bowl & LA Memorial Coliseum, among a few others.

Just taking the "Mighty" out. Changed their colors too.

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- The Ducks are mighty no more.

The NHL team will take the ice next season as the Anaheim Ducks, wearing new uniforms with different colors and a redesigned logo.

The makeover cuts the team's final remaining ties to former owner The Walt Disney Co., which sold the Ducks last year to Orange County residents Henry and Susan Samueli.
