It's like crack to me. It may be the lowest common denominator when it comes to Mexican fast food/take out, but damn, if it doesn't hit the spot when you got the munchies... |

I guess it's TACO BELL by default for me mainly because I don't get a chance to go to DEL TACO as often because they're 3 towns over!!

This needs to be the official LG Off-Topic Taco Thread. I need to know where all the places where fellow L.A.-area LGers go for good tacos/Mexican food.
You only go to Taco Bell if you're broke, starving, and it's the middle of the night or to get Chilitos, which they don't make anymore.

Taco Bell takes this in a landslide....been to Alertos....YUM.
Also, if you're around Hollywood, go to El Gran Burrito late night. SM blvd and Vermont. |

Fast food.. Del Taco hands down
I love Taco Bell, but those Big Fat Chicken Tacos, Machos Nachos, and Jalapeno Bacon Quesodillas are amazing
Double Deckers are the only reason why I go to Taco Bell... that and the Good to Go item
BTW, I boycotted Taco Bell a couple years ago because I realized they screwed us all
Shaq was supposed to play one on one with Hakeem the Dream over which was better in the double decker.. the soft or hard taco. And the game never happened.. BS!!!

Del Taco kicks the crap out of Taco Bell.
Better food, Del Scorcho is better than the Taco Bell Hot Sauce, and Del Taco has French Fries, too. Combo Burrito, a couple of Tacos with extra Cheese, and Medium Fries with a side of Nacho Cheese for the dippin', all washed down with a Coke or Mr. Pibb (instead of Taco Bell's Pepsi products...). And they are open LATE.
King Taco has good "authentic" Tacos, and real chille
Miguel's in the IE is just goood - great Tacos, and the Pork, Potato and Cheese Burrito is da bomb. You can get it "wet" - enchilada style too.
And don't be affraid of those Taco Trucks you might find after a night of drinking in Pasadena. Nothin' better. |

Personally, I don't care for any of them, but most of my friends who like Mexican fast food seem to like Benito's. I wish I did, too. Their prices are really low and they're open all night.
