Stalin takes the cake in that catagory.
I still can't believe Pinochet is still alive. I'm still shocked that it was his own country that has decided he was to get off. It wasn't even a year ago that the Chilean Supreme Court rejected his immunity but only a day later was acquitted due to his bad health...and sentenced to like 3 weeks in house arrest.
