Now this is what I'm talking about......

These brotha had mainstream American SHOOK!!!!

Bass! how low can you go?
Death row. what a brother knows.
Once again, back is the incredible
The rhyme animal
The incredible D, public enemy number one
Five-o said, freeze! and I got numb
Can I tell em that I really never had a gun?
But its the wax that the terminator x spun
Now they got me in a cell cause my records, they sell
cause a brother like me said, well...
...frarrakhans a prophet and I think you ought to listen to
What he can say to you, what you ought to do.
Follow for now, power of the people, say,
Make a miracle, D, pump the lyrical
Black is back, all in, were gonna win
Check it out, yeah yall, here we go again

The orginal (the one in the link) was not 'rap-metal' (it came out in 87/88 )... Anthrax didn't cover that song until years later (1991 I believe)...

Yeah, I dig the Anthrax cover too, but the original was just poppin'. It's amazing to watch The Flavor of Love today and think that Flava Flav was in the most revolutionary, most militant rap group of all time.

I've read this whole thread and haven't even seen mention of THE O.G., I'm talking about I-C-E...T! Most of the videos you all put up would've never existed had it not been for 6 in the Mornin'! The best gangsta rap ever produced came from the originator himself. Then there's Body Count who deserves their own thread.
