^^^ I found it interesting to note that Beck is a scientologist.
Strangely enough, I haven't bought a real CD in ages. Mostly downloading individual songs. Was disappointed by The Roots - Game Theory and Outkast - Idlewild.
Mothers, Sisters, Daughters & Wives by Voxtrot might be the best complete CD I downloaded in 2006. |

idlewild was a bit of a letdown but has some bright spots.
i forgot to add that the new jedi mind tricks is good as well as the album by band of horses.
i haven't actually "bought" an album since somebody showed me this new program called "napster".

Nelly Furtado, "Loose" -- Lots of Timbaland, but not as relentlessly bass-heavy and plodding as some of JT's "Futuresex/ Lovesounds" can be at times. Nice variety of tempos/ styles. Kind of a mid-80s dance/ early-90s hip-hop/ slow jams feel throughout the album.
Plus, it doesn't hurt that she looks smoking hot in her video.
