HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

He's crazy as hell, but you gotta love the dedication. That dude is committed to being the best player he can be. I wish our players displayed some of that some craziness.

If our players need a role model it should be Kobe. There's no excuse for them to not bust their asses like he does.

You got love media day:

It’s guys like Gilbert Arenas that prevent our jobs from ever getting boring. At Wizards media day, Gil shared this interesting tidbit: "I had my house converted to the Colorado altitude, so I am always above sea level. You know, that’s kind of weird,” Arenas said. "I had to put a tent in one room, and then they are going to come during training camp and fix the whole house. Then I have a portable tent I’m taking on the road." Why would a crib in D.C. (and Gil’s hotel rooms) need Rocky Mountain air? Arenas said the thinner air would give him more energy in the fourth quarter, when everyone else is tired from breathing the same thick air …

And in case you were about to put money on Gilbert’s vow to drop 50 per game on the Blazers and Suns this year (stemming from the whole Team USA deal), Arenas backed off of those comments. “That was the immature Gilbert two months ago. I’m growing as a person, and I’m ready to be a leader for the Washington Wizards,” he said …

Simulated high altitude training is actually a really good idea. Don't know if a few hours a day would quite cut it though.

Looks like it the next trend (like the leg warmers players were rocking last year):

Quote:
Gilbert Arenas isn’t the only NBA player hopping on the air-thinning tent bandwagon. Richard Jefferson said he’s shopping for tents to put in his crib, citing that cyclists use them a lot …
