Time to focus on the next game. Portland doesn't have their rookie sensation and d-miles is out. Dixon loves to play us so our PG defense will be key. Jack can also get to the rim.

Randolph has been a beast thus far so our post defense is an area to watch. I'm guessing it will be Odom guarding him. Magloire hasn't done much yet but teams get up for the Lakers so it will be interesting to see how our bigs match up with theirs.

I'm guessing that we win by 5. It would be nice to win a game that were supposed to win. There are no outright crappy teams in the league this year so it will be a tough game imo.

Thoughts?

First time Bynum is really playing against another team with good size to challenge him, so will be interesting to see how he responds.

Another issue will be this second game of a back-to-back. During summer league he struggled in those situations because of his conditioning. Now that he had a huge game last night, will he have the focus and the energy to go against that big front line of Portland?

I'd also like to see if Lamar can regain the dominance he was displaying in those first few games. Kobe's a great facilitator and decoy for him, it'd be great to see him assert himself and take advantage.

And the constant issue this season. Can we get some defense from the entire team?

Should be a good one, go lakers!

I am worry! Is a back to back game and Lakers seems to always struggle at Portland! I am thinking this is going to be a come from behind game Kobe has to play like #8 and drop 40 on them in order to win.

Portland is still Portland, but the Lakers aren't the same team that struggled in these types of games last year.

I have a feeling that Kobe will make a jump tonight, and show some improvement from his first few games back.

Andrew will have a tougher time than last night, especially in a back to back, but I still think he can give us a solid game, at least on the defensive end.

Lamar is due for a big game, after being relatively quiet lately.

Lakers 107, Blazers 96

Yes this would be very nice information. I looked for the asian channel listings on nba global, because they had it on last season. I couldn't find any for this season though. If anyone has luck with this would be much appreciated by many out of state lakers fans im sure

Do you have directv? You can get local channels from LA if you have directv, I live in San Diego but I chose local channels from LA mainly cuz of KCAL. I hope that helps!

Another good test for the Lake Show, this is a back to back, after playing a pretty good, but not spectacular, against the T-Wolves.

I think eventually we are gonna see Kobe turn it up offensively. The Lakers have seen different players step up, on different nights...

We have yet to see Smush Parker have a really good game, maybe...just maybe

BUt eventually we need one our stars to step up, and have a good game. LO really has not done much in the last few games offensively, but I do see him working hard on the defensive end...

Last season, these were the games that we would struggle with. No matter how much better we were over these type teams, we would go to their place, and play poorly...

It is a back to back, and guys have to be tired, so lets see if they can keep it close, and play some good defense, and be able to win this game in the 4th qtr....

Its in their building, so its not going to be an easy win, but to win these type games, is a sure sign that this team is playing well.

My prediction:

Lakers 104
Portland 99

Andrew can't do a Kwame... He has to keep his head on straight. The women, the glitz, and the glamor, will come... Drew, you have to just keep your head focused, on what matters...
