Dude Phil Jackson is not getting this team ready for the opposition..... This is embarrasing. There is NO DEFENSE or even an ATTEMPT to defend.

The real waste was losing to Portland without Roy. Just put pressure on them to win this one.

At least Detroit has a few stars left on their roster.

Why is it that teams playing like crap in previous games ALWAYS seem to suddenly turn it around against the Lakers?
I just don't get it.

If this were a playground game, or a streetball game, we would be well ahead... This is the NBA, and we can't just make those graceful moves, like Walton, or Andrew, and always expect success... We have to take it up, fast, with authority, as soon as we sense an opening.

Yep, we were (losing) streak busters last year and it looks like we're fighting hard to keep that identity again this year.

Miss by Parker. Too bad Sasha didn't continue his good shooting from preseason. We could have used it.

when did the coaches tell smush that he's a 3-pt shooter? 'cuz the way he's shooting 3s certainly suggests that.
