Speaking of drinking, I have seriously cut down on the alcohol consumption this year. GF does not drink, and when she does it is very little and she shows it immediately, so I do not as much. I don't even keep a 6-pack at home for when I want one. I am sure this has nothing to do with the fact that I have lost tons of weight and am gaining another 6-pack at the same time.

EDIT: Purely coincidental and unplanned (hence coincidental. don't be redundant 20k):
