All mixed together in a single bowl?

Sounds delicious.

Salads. Literally all I have been eating the past 48 hours. The week+ vacation saw more cheese and carbs and sugars than I am used to.

I never weigh myself, but at brother's place there is a scale, so I weighed myself every day. Surprised at how low I was when I arrived, lowest weight I have ever been (even at birth!). But did then gain 4 pounds by the end of my stay.

Simple. All it takes is some standing water and a straw.
