Vlad Rad will come around. He is a really talented young player, struggling with an injury to his shooting hand, an offense that is hard to learn, and a crisis in confidence.

remember how much everyone around here wanted to get rid of Odom... some even hoping just to get expiring contracts? Odom is a much better player than Vlad Rad, and it still took him quite some time to get it. Give Vlade the time he needs!
