I got lucky catching the Warriors the night of the big trade.

I think the Warriors got more athletic and explosive whereas the Pacers got more outside shooting and bball IQ. Looking at the coaches, it makes sense since Don Nelson is more run and gun and Rick Carlisle is more systematic. I think the players will fit into their new situation well and this trade will be successful although Indiana will have to deal with financial struggles for a while.
