I can't beleive Lakers*Raiders came back disguised in a text turban.

How obvious is it when you're on the board for just a couple of hours total and you TWICE put something like "man shucks that Lakers*Raiders guys was funny" in your posts, praising your own posts under your first name?

Man that's obvious

Anywho, this poll is set up all wrong because 30 to 45 is way too big for a single choice, and 45 to 50 doesn't allow for some of those who think we'll squeak past 50 wins.

Nobody thinks we're gonna win less than 30, not sure why that's even an option.

I don't think we'll win more than 50, but we're more likely to win 51 games than 29.

last year I predicted 43 wins and I was on the low end. emplay was about that level or lower.

this year I'm upping that # to 48 wins.

Right now we're in the 30's

We have no point guard
We lost two of our top 4 scorers
We have 1 bonafide scorer and very little outside shooting (Cook, Jones, and Kobe)
We are counting on 2 rookies to play a significant role (Von Wafer and Turiaf as bench players)

But...
the off-season is not over
We're headed in the right direction

...and there is a possibility that Turiaf might not be able to play due to health reasons.

I agree. I don't care how much better the league may have gotten. There is no way the Lakers lose more than they win next season.

I say...48-34 which will earn them the sixth spot in the west.

why? they have a better chance of finishing with less than 30 than they do of getting more than 50. i dont care who they end up with they have no chance of getting over 50 wins this season.
