am i the only one a little bit worried about the bobcats? i think that they will kill us on the boards and felton will run circles around d-fish. we should win but i think it will be alot closer than most think.

We have always struggled against the Bobcats for some reason. Could go either way tonight. Hopefully LO dominates the boards.

normally i would be worried if we had more of our guys back, but we're not at full strength so they might take them more seriously. with that said, 115-99 LA. tacos for everyone! _________________

One thing I respect about the Bobcats is that they always bring their "A" game to the Lakers.
Gerald Wallace is a beast. _________________ The best game in the whole world! |

If this was on the road, then yeah, but at home, I'm a little more confident.
I say close in the first half, Lakers pull away in the second. |

I think we handle our business tonight. We know how important the #1 seed could be and I doubt we'll let it get away. That being said, like other posters have noted, the Bobcats are traditionally trouble for us.
However, I believe we are done with the stinker losses for this season. We have gotten those out of our system and are becoming a championship caliber team, with a championship mentality. |

Mohammed, Okafor, Wallace <------ that front line is scary to an undersized laker squad. Turiaf and Lamar have their work cut out for them. we might see Mbenga come in for 6 extra fouls tonight. the bobcats were only down 5 in the 4th last night in utah before the jazz finally pulled away. _________________ "When (Kobe) gets you on life support, he won't give you mouth to mouth. Plus they were without Wallace that night.
This one should be a tough game because the Bobcats are so athletic. However, they will be on the 2nd game on a b2b. |

Lakers hopefully win a close one. Perhaps because of home court or they are on a B2B. Charlette plays many good teams very well, just like Sac. Under different circumstances I say we possibly lose this game.
BUUUT, if LO plays like he has been, then we will be fine.
Lakers win 108-98.
I dont think I'll ever give a prediction at home with the opposing team getting 100+. Tacos are too damn tasty. _________________ "...for them to say, ‘let Steve dribble the ball around and create opportunities for everybody, or let Dwight post up, or let [Kobe] iso’ … It’s, I don’t want to say ‘idiotic,’ but it’s close.” – Kobe Bryant |

Can't afford to drop games to non-playoff teams when the Western race is so tight. Doesn't matter that we're missing players. We're at home, and we need to take care of business. Play them tough, and put them away early. Don't give them hope - that's what lets them make a run late, potentially take the game into OT (remember last year), and then possibly steal it away. _________________ Jeffs
