Jazz has got to discouraged right now. Pau didn't even play very well and still kicked their butts. I think a sweep is a definite possibility.

And Sasha, don't forget about Sasha. He really has gotten to the point where every time he shoots... I think it's going in. And his pesky/annoying D on Korver has been helpful.

Great, great win. Lakers have done a very nice job controlling the first two games.....my stomach can't take any playing from behind at home or any come from ahead losses at home.

Props to the Lakers for holding the home court and really putting the pressure on a tough Jazz team.

We held home court and now the challenge is to take game 3 in Utah and break their spirit.

Werd. Sasha has been nails. LOVE that guy. Glad to see he's getting Farmar's mins who I feel is struggling big time right now.

How many chippie shots did Pau miss tonight? If he makes even half of those, we win by close to 20pts.

crap... Deron getting hot. I hope this doesn't carry over to the next game. Gasol needs to step it up and help out on the rebounds in the next game. Lakers need to dominate the rebounds to get those wins in Utah.

That and on D is where they really miss Bynum.

Can you imagine how sick this team is going to be next season with Bynum back? It is scary to think about, the only thing that can derail that is either injuries or over-confidence.

I'll worry about next season when it happens. The coaching staff has some work to do for the next game. They've got to be mentally ready for a real physical battle in the next game.

Its largely because of all the free throws. We didn't have many And1s, and missed shots on fouls dont count towards the total

Have the Lakers trailed at all in any of these games in the playoffs?

All he did was barrel into Batgirl constantly for what seemed like a record-breaking amount of and-1s.

Lamar only had 3 fouls in the game, at least one of which was clearly not a foul, just Lamar standing there with his arms up, and I'm not even sure the other 2 were even committed when Millsap was shooting.

It's too easy to dispell ignorant statements, especially when there's a tape and a play-by-play chart (which I'm about to review).

That one drive and dunk Deron Williams had was pretty sick.

That is something you won't see CP3 do. I am a big fan of Deron Williams, he has a lot of game. That said, I hope we only see him twice more this season!

In every single highlight that TNT just showed of Millsap, Batgirl was on the receiving end.

Maybe it's just a coincidence.

Or maybe he really did, in fact, get abused.
