I didn't think the Lakers played all tha great. They've certainly played better games.
But, man, the Spurs look horrendous.
The Lakers just have so much depth. That is the real strength of the team.
Depth.

I think they're defense was decent, but not great. I think the 30 point blowout was more Popazit quitting early in the 2nd half. |

that TNT clip with the interviews at Lakers practice were hilarious.
Sasha must of given 200% out on the floor because he stole 100% of Manu's energy. Sasha FTW. |

The Spurs were shooting like crap in the 2nd quarter too but we were making some pretty boneheaded mistakes with TOs. |

I am sorry and this will open up a few wounds but...
The spurs are old. Just like we were too old for Pistons back in the 2004.
what is great is once we finish the spurs off, we will get a chance to get payback at the pistons - how poetic!!
See yall at the Parade in Downtown LA!!!!!!!!! _________________ "Every time he comes out of the game, all I say is put the hero back in," Bynum said. "It's like a video game, he's just going out there and scoring a crazy amount of points."

I'm not afraid to make an unpopular comment. I really hope he can do damage, but the Spurs defense has him figured right now. |
That lasted all of about.....

LO has very little emotional control. Still plays like a rookie 8 years in.Rushing easy shots. Getting called for obvious charges. If he just dialedhis speed back a bit, and went hard to the basket (upward), not flinging himself out of control to avoid contact ... oh, what's the use. He still doesn't have a mid-range jumper and he's 27.
Safe to say he's a wysiwyg player.

I thought Lamar fans = Laker fans.
Is that not true?
Who got exposed?

But he scored a lot of points and had a lot of rebounds. Even blocked some shots.

Which is EXACTLY why we got Pau to begin with..because the organization knew that Lamar is not mentally tough enough to take over a game himself |
Another classic. |

Sister definitely has serious issues with Lamar that affect her judgement, and the "props" she gave Lamar tonight was seemingly squeezed out more painfully than a kidney stone. _________________ !

have you all noticed how many shots Duncan has had to take this quarter to get any points?
and Pau was benched most of last qtr due to fouls
so why all the hate? we don't NEED him on offense as much as on D anyway and we do have a lead btw |
People overreact, it's too early to draw any conclusions. |
I'll finish this thread on that note.
Good look CB. |

yes that was me talking to Vic the Brick. (I was in the purple jersey and my friend was in the yellow jersey). He is the most AWESOME guy in the WORLD. I always listened to AM570, but you really don't get a full grasp of VTB's passion and sincerity until you meet him in person. He was just absolutely amazing. and im so thankful to not only win the GREEEEAATTTEST prize set ever, but even more so to meet him. JUST FABULOUS!!! |
