Werdum just kicked Brown's coach. He's going to be in big trouble. |

Edmond Tarverdyan is one of the biggest douchebags in the sport. I hope they give Werdum a bonus. |

yeah.. CLE fans have never been classy.
even Gall didn't hate on CM punk..
Gall V Sage would be a pretty sweet matchup.
Stipe is great.. but I have everything CLE- lebron, the indians, Dan Gilbert. |

So...Ronda gets Nunes at UFC 207. This after Nunes just body bagged Miesha a few months ago. Not gonna end too well for Ronda. |

I'd like to see Ronda get knocked out too but at the same time I'm tired of seeing a new champ after new champ. If Ronda wins and then defends the belt it will solidify her as the real deal. |

I honestly think Rousey's only path to victory is buying off Nunes. The combination of striking and ground game makes Amanda a very perplexing choice of opponent (from my vantage point) for Ronda's return fight. Outside of Cyroid, there isn't a more dangerous fight and I just can't understand the timing. If there's one thing the former champ needs, it's a confidence booster. So, outside of this thing being rigged for Rousey, maybe she's just tapping out altogether. _________________ We back. |

One thing you have to give the UFC...They do not feed their stars tomato cans (the same way boxing does). Brock is inactive for 5 years and gets Hunt, Connor got Aldo, Diaz, Mendes and now Alvarez. Ronda getting Nunes. |

The Frititta's think otherwise.
But George has hired a big-time lawyer and, from what I've heard, the stipulations of St. Pierre's UFC contract didn't include the Reebok deal and could be the crack in the doorway they need to terminate it.
My guess is that GSP winds up back with the UFC and McGregor-like deal. _________________ We back. |

But this seems like the end of Rousey's era so it doesn't really make sense. I mean, there's little to no reason for Ronda to agree to this unless she's been assured a favorable outcome or she's looking to bounce from the octagon and become a commentator. _________________ We back. |

I listened to his interview with Ariel where he broke the news. Apparently his contract has a stipulation that the UFC has X amount of time for him to have a fight and supposedly that hour has passed. I guess UFC 206/Toronto would have fallen in line with that timetable. Guess the lawyers are going to duke it out.
UFC also apparently canned half the UFC Asia team. Looks like WME/IMG is really rocking the boat. Gotta start making that 4B back. |

Oh, I hadn't heard about the timeline. That's pretty juicy. Yeah, it's going to be an epic octagon-like battle with the law teams.
Would be funny to see all of that happen only to see GSP flop in a comeback. Then again, that dude has always been very smart about picking his opponents and staying out of harm's way.
Yeah, you knew something was going to have to give after that purchase price was announced. It's why all these much hyped bouts are being made. As fans of the sport though, it's a good spot to be in. Although I don't always agree with the coreographed drama to sell PPV's. _________________ We back. |

Not really imo. Pressure fighters are tailor made for Ronda. They're the ones that push forward right into her. It's the stick and move counter puncher ala Holly that's problematic. WMMA has advanced in leaps and bounds in the last few years but stylistically, Nunes doesn't have the advantage like everyone is making it out to be. |
