Anyone taking Lobov over Swanson?
Lobov can stand in the pocket and dish one, but Swanson's motor should overwhelm him
I was actually joking with that question. But the guy managed to win a round which is better than I thought he'd do, especially since Conor wasn't one of the judges. He should change his name to the Russian Nail because he can take the hits. Surprised he went the distance. Cub obviously fought with good restraint. I like Swanson's game a lot. _________________ We back.

Cub's last two fights have really made me a fan. The war 6 months ago, and last night he was creative. Lobov was taking em! shocked he didn't go down

Nice!! That's a fight I'd buy but I'm scared for Jones because of ring rust
oh crap! I gotta read that conor article
The Jones that showed up for OSP gets murked by DC.
Jones has yet to sign on to fight DC for the proposed date. If I'm DC, I take to social media storm calling Jones out for hesitating. _________________ We back.

I suppose but DC shouldn't be like that imo. If he truly wants to test himself at the highest level, he's going to want to beat Jon Jones at his absolute best. Leave all doubt out of it because 100%, if he beats Jon Jones the next time out there's going to be the "but Jones had major ring rust...". It would be a legit argument too. _________________ KOBE

That may be true but it would actually set up an even bigger third fight. But I get what you're saying. I just think DC gets an opportunity to dig into Jones a bit whether the former champ gets a tuneup or not. _________________ We back.

True. DC actually mentioned himself (I don't recall if it was on UFC tonight) that he wished he had an opportunity to face the rusty version of Jon Jones. I suppose a win is a win but I thought it was a little cheap of DC. Came across as implying that was the only way he could eke out a win. Not that he gives a (bleep) what MMA board readers think. _________________ KOBE

D.C. Has just really taken it up the proverbial wazoo for a long minute now from the fans as it pertains to Bones Jones. This is really the only angle he has to work without mentioning Jon's personal life and struggles, all the stuff that has only backfired on him. You have an increasing amount of fighters claiming that there's no such thing as ring rust so it would be a good angle to play, IMO just to antagonize Jones and maybe get him to jump and make a mistake. Jones has not been shy in this fashion.
Personally, unless those weren't actually d pills and Jones is about to fight clean for the first time in a long time, I don't see how he loses against DC, all
Things being equal. It behooves Jon to get a tuneup on and allow some more clock to run on D.C. _________________ We back.

Look at that! DC had a single leg and STILL couldn't take down Jones. That balancing act is just nuts. Bear in mind, DC has slammed 260 pound Josh Barnett who's probably on a short list of the best heavyweight grapplers in MMA. _________________ KOBE

he really didn't use the cross face to prevent that take down either. Incredible balance and strength by Jones

Yesterday DC called out Jones as I thought he might/should, essentially saying, "If you don't fight me now then you don't fight me." He said there are no tuneups in the UFC lol. Then he doubled down saying that the Jones everyone saw against OSP is the new USADA-regulated version of Jon Jones.
Playing the agitator here but I do still think it's the right play for DC. We'll see if it works.
Ferguson is now calling out Nate Diaz, saying Nate is stuck on McGregor's balls like an ex-girlfriend. No way Diaz takes another fight. Both Diaz brother are looking to cash out. _________________ We back.

I like that match up.
Gotta look up some Megan Anderson stuffs. Isn't she thought as one of the few who could challenge Cyborg?
She's a rangy striker with some good pop. Probably a little too green to take out the borg but definitely could be an exciting fight. _________________ We back.
