Not really. Vlad brings one thing and thats shooting. He can't come off the bench the coaches would have no idea what he would bring that night so they like to establish if he's going to worthless the rest of the game or not. Otherwise Vlad just becomes 6 million dollar statue sitting next to Luke.
Eventually, assuming he gets resigned that Ariza's spot and he should be getting 30-35 min a game. Vlad doesn't really have a future on the Lakers after his contract is up. |

I think you missed my point. His ability to get hot as a shooter forces defenses to respect him, which helps the first unit's spacing. _________________ “We must always take sides.
