Easier on the knees when you decide to get down on all fours and let opponents have their way with you, instead of actually playing defence.

Well lakers played bad defense last night..and I think they will play bad defense tonight.....I'm beginning to think that no matter what the Laker players say about improving their defense..they won't. So tonights game will get ugly fugly.

Pretty good move for the suns, not so good for the cats. Can't believe the cats added a second rounder when they were already giving up the best player. They give those things out like candy.
