Didn't see a game thread, if there is one just merge.

Anyway, I think Fish does a good job on Williams as he showed in the playoffs last season so that will be the interesting matchup.

Anyone know if Boozer is back? I haven't checked any of the Jazz latest games so have no idea.

The last I heard, Boozer was slated to return to the court Tuesday, February 17th, right after the ASB.

2 possible milestones for Kobe tonight

with 4 FGA he will pass Kareem for 3rd in Laker history.
with 10 rebounds he will pass Hariston for 10th in Laker history.

Jazz are 20-6 at home.

This game is going to be really tough, how hard is it to finish a 6 game road trip then come back home, stay one night, then go back out on the road again? All that flying time has to make these guys really tired, throw in that this is the second night of a back to back against a team that always plays well at home no matter who's on the court for them.

Also our guys could be looking ahead to the all star break after this game, and lose focus. I think the odds are stacked against us, I hope we pull it out tonight, game will be good.

AK47 is still out, right?

I think whomever wins the battle of the boards decisively will win the match. Hopefully we come out and play with fire.... that's all I ask whether we win or lose (and no injuries!).

Yah, but subtract Kirilinko and Boozer and it all looks doable.

dwill is going to go off because they know that our biggest weakness defensively is at the pg spot. rebounding is crucial this game, here's to hoping that odom steps up again

I actually think this is a big issue. If they boo.....we win. It doesnt take a lot to get Kobe going.

Lots of big games on tap tonite:
LAL @ UTA
DEN @ ORL
BOS @ NOH
PHX @ CLE

If we can pull out the road victory, we may be able to put a bit more distance between ourselves and at least one of the East's top three.

I have a bad feeling, but I really hope our guys manage to find some more energy to pull one more win out before the ASB.

The schedule makers have been very unkind to the Lakers this year, imo. 6, 7 game roadies one followed by an immediate back to back with a home and road game, etc. Meanwhile Cleveland gets 2 or 3 4 game roadies and that's it.

Oh well, screw them and Go Lakers!!!

I'll be "cheering" for ORL, NOH, and PHX

No Andre, I expect a big game from Kobe. Someone needs to put a body on Milsap.

Milsap = X factor.

ORL without Jameer is going to keep slipping in the standings, i won't hold my breath about them beating Denver.

Is that good or bad? The only name I recognize is R. Garretson
