Actually the effort Gasol put there tonight was minimal. 41 minutes with little intensity for most of the time. |

W is a W! Relax people it was just one game! The ball bounces funny sometimes for even the best teams. _________________ Game 3 Victory in Denver . Mostly they were talking about Fisher's speech, the kind that might one day be put on T-shirts and repeated on the corner of 11th and Figueroa, words fit for a parade, his Lakers stepping into their destiny. P Jax Interview:
- (Q: Is Fisher overlooked?) No, you leave Fish open, you're going to pay for it. Fish was wide open and we made them pay.
-(Q: What was the difference in that last 9 minutes?) Mature players on the floor. We had some young players on the floor and sometimes the calls don't go right for them, or things don't go right, but the players that know how to play those minutes do the job.
-(Q: You're 21-6 on the road which is a fantastic record. Is that something that's a result as something you're doing? What do you attribute that to?) Well, it's a mental adjustment to go out and play your best ball under adverse situations. There's a road way to play the game and I think a lot of times we play better on the road because we have the mentality that we must be precise and not take risks and chances.
-(Q: They made a run but they didn't have a lot of run outs. Was your shot selection better in the 2nd half?) It was good ... I thought that there were a couple of errant shots the guys made. We didn't get the ball into Pau... tried to force it into Pau to get him some opportunities because he had the advantage and guys were either over-running the space or overcrowding him. There was that little 4 or 5 minute period there where things didn't go well.
-(Q: What were your impressions of Kevin Durant?) Well, he's aggressive to score, he's good on the break. I was impressed with his defense tonight . _________________ Rest In Paradise Kobe & GiGi |

Jordan Farmar:
-(Q: Are you happy you won the game or disappointed that you blew the lead?) "Probably a little of both. We're getting to the point where we need to start challenging ourselves, to see how good we can really be and not just come away with victories on the road, but really push ourselves to beat ourselves really." _________________ Rest In Paradise Kobe & GiGi |

there's only 1 guy in the league whos' longer than LO; Kevin Durant and he outrebounded LO 10-8. The bigger surprise though is Krystic having lead both teams with 11. Green had 9, outrebounding LO by 1. Greens pretty long too. |
