Big home game on TNT. Co-MVP's going at it again.

Who else is pumped about this game?!

Nash: Game-time decision vs. Lakers

Suns coach Alvin Gentry said guard Steve Nash would make the trip to Los Angeles with the Suns for their game against the Lakers Thursday night, but a decision won't be made until then on whether he'll be able to play.

"We'll have to take a look at it," Gentry said. "Right now he'll be a game-time decision. Obviously we're not going to push it if he's not feeling good."

I'm worried about this one. Gentry is just letting them run and they are scoring a ton of points. Defense is key. We are not going to out score them.

It seems everyone magically heals when the Lakers come to town. The Rockets medical staff should take note, they might find a way to get Mcgrady healthy for the entire season just by telling him that he's playing the Lakers every night.

thread title (Lakers vs. Suns) had me confused for a minute, as it made me think Lakers were at Suns both today and Sunday and I didn't think that would happen that way...

Anyway, Lakers need to beat em down and then when they come out here to Phoenix, Suns will mentally be weakened and ready for another defeat. I always love hearing the local media and all the Suns fans out here whine after Lakers kill em. Plus it will give my AZ Syndicate brethren all the more reason to scream and cheer in the Suns' building and piss off everyone around them

AZ Central: Nash may play and is a game-time decision. Quick question: what star player sits out a game against the Lakers? Yeah, I can't remember either. That means he's playing.

Shaq may get his, but they're going down hard.

There is no "may" play on this, Nash "will" play, period. No way he's gonna miss playing against the Lakers. Amare might even come to play with an eye patch!! Thats how much they hate losing to the Lakers!!!!

Nash will play, no doubt.

Suns's lineup is most likely Nash, Barbosa, J-Rich, Hill and Shaq. That puts Hill on Lamar. If we can slow this game down a little bit and go to the mismatches then we'll be ok. What we dont want to do is join them on a running game.

With the Celtics loosing last night to Clippers, only Cleveland stands between us and home court advantage, so this is a big game for us. We have to take care of business on our home floor.

Lets go Lakers!

Great game, let's just use a time machine and put those guys in their prime on the floor against todays CLE, BOS whoever. Kareem, Magic, Worthy, Scott, Wilkes, Coop, McAdoo, Rambis = Sweep any team in the NBA today.
