As I see AR is more banged up right now not resting any game. He is the one who clearly needs a rest.

Yes, because of the long rest due to lockdown. And what is the result? A ring.

The times he was not banged up before the playoffs were during his heat era from, in his last year with the Heat, it was Wade who was banged up and that is also made a difference, so AD needs to be healthy too and he is so far.

Hoping he and AD stays healthy the whole playoffs, that will be the biggest hurdle to the ring. Once he locks in, I think even the nuggets can't stop him.

Lebron said in the post game interview tonight he has been dealing with the foot since last year..but it is a lot better this year.

Hopefully that means he will be relatively healthy for the post season this year.

clearly he's better now than last playoff where he can't even jump high and can't drive to the basket.
