NICE gut check win for the Lakers. Keep Odom coming off the bench and start Powell. Limit the playing time for Sasha and Farmar and the Lakers will be allright. _________________ Let them HATE so long as they FEAR! |

That's why you have to play two halfs. The Lakers sucked in the 2nd quarter but got their act together to pull this one out. Good job. On to SA. Win there and few will be thinking about the Blazers. _________________ Let them HATE so long as they FEAR! |

Kobe got the job done on BOTH ends of the floor in the 2nd half.. he needs to set the tone on D.
difference was the 4th quarter start with Gasol and bench players keeping the game close instead of allowing Rockets bench players to have their way as they did in the 1st half.. |

if i recall correctly the Second unit starting playing bad after Bynum went down and they no longer had Lamar leading them... I say if this is the case get Lamar back with second unit and let Powell start ...maybe that will fix things until Bynum gets back Powell 17 and 9...not bad |

That's what the Pacers and Kings fans knew all too well. The easiest guy in the league to bait into a 1:1 scoring battle. He's about as simple mentally as they come. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

Here's hoping LO gets his game back tomorrow. And Powell hangs onto his.
If we beat this Spurs team tomorrow we've got a LOOOONNNGGG string of beatable teams ahead of us, road trip notwithstanding. |
