Walton is getting 5mill a year. Trust me there is a team in this league that would give Ariza in his current situation atleast 3.1 for next season. TRUST ME Ariza will opt out. Even if he is to remain a Laker he will opt out. If you'd like to bet on it, be my guest.
Edit: Only way it doesn't happen is if Phil sits him down a guarantees that he will get burn and will change the situation he is currently in.
