Skeptic's Guide to the Universe is my #1, along with their companion podcast, SGU 5x5.

I like Infidel Guy somewhat, but Reggie annoys me enough that I can't consider it a favorite.

Others:

Security Now with Steve Gibson
Quackcast
Skeptoid

NBC Nightly News at nightly.msnbc.com when I miss it on television. I watch segments of the Today show at TodayShow.com. I'm going to try watching CountDown with Keith Olbermann online sometime as well.

Nature
Nature Neuropod
Science Magazine Weekly
NIH Videocast

these are the ones I regularly use, especially the top three, which I don't miss.

Anyone have recommendation for a good sports podcast?

Per Larry's recommendation, I also tried skeptic's guide to the universe and enjoyed it tremendously, although it was a bit too long so I had to stop listening to it.

Savage Love

I like G4's Around the Net. I think our own Kevin shows up on those every so often

EDIT: I meant G4's "Attack of the Show" and also "X-Play."

I believe kevin has appeared on one if not both those shows.
