Last night's game was fantastic (I can't wait for Artest to fully implode!), but my local bar in New York didn't have the sound on. I'm wondering if there is a Lakers bar in Manhattan? Do Laker fans converge anywhere?

Go to the ESPN zone...they will most likely be showing it there...I remember when I was there during the finals a couple years ago they were showing it on the jumbotron at times square as well.

Well there was this bar I wandered into in the East Village. It was a very friendly crowd. Particularly the guys. Come to think of it, there weren't any girls.

You don't suppose...

Thanks guys. I'm opposed to going to the ESPN Zone since it's usually flooded with tourists. Definitely not my scene. I've long searched for a local bar that Laker fans go to, but haven't had any luck.

I've heard positive reviews about blondies on 79th and broadway, but i just called and asked if they would put the sound on and they said it depends on the bartender and if there are any other big games on. Me and bruinhenryd are down to meet up any other lgr's up over there tomorrow. Let us know...
