Rookie mistakes down the stretch, but solid game from both Ebanks and Caracter. Great movements in the triangle.

I see that even the opponents in the summer league get more freethrows than the Lakers.

it's weird how majority of these young players out of college have low IQ. I know it's just summer league BUT, there's too many hero shots...DJ Strawberry should have passed that ball...

I'd rather have Jabber. Strawberry makes some bad decisions out there. Jabber is pretty good defensively on defense too.

Stern is rigging the summer league too. Look at the odd against Lakers in Vegas.

Really good showing by Ebanks and Caracter for their 1st game. Obviously there are some problems, but there's some good talent there too. I like their numbers, but won't go crazy about it since I see no names on Detroit like White, Daye, and Jerebko scoring 17, 22, and 16 respectively.

Good game by the two Laker draft picks. It seemed like they weren't quite adjusted for the speed of the game defensively. Despite all the turnovers, I thought they did pretty decent for the first game in the triangle. Usually, these first games looks a lot worse than that.

If you think Jaaber has low IQ, then you weren't watching the game. This guy was the only reason we ran the triangle offense at all.

Lol Jerebko was a starter last yr and daye was a high draft pick

Yeah, Jerebko was like Detroit's go-to guy at a point somewhat and Daye was a nice roleplayer. I think the 2 guys held their own pretty well. Some idiot rookie mistakes but that happens.

I don't know what some of you were seeing. But Jabber was killing me all night. Ill-advised shots, over dribbling, missing great passing opportunities. The kid could barely dribble the ball up the court without a struggle. Strawberry is much more likely to get a camp invite in my eye

I've never heard of Daye, but I'll give you that one. I still consider Jerebko a no name.
