Media doesn't know anything. The fact that Jeanie doesn't come out and respond to this bs shows she's above it all and doesn't want to acknowledge the crap.

If you know how the media works, it’s understandable why she’s blacking herself from the public.

Because she is gonna get bashed no matter what she says.

So I don’t blame her.. it’s up to us as a Laker fan base to realize that there is a agenda going on regarding the Lakers situation.

As I said, the Lakers FO can't recruit.
But no one can stop Lebron from.
Lakers FO can be shredded by the media.

However if LBJ is able to convince a peer, no one can do a thing about it.
LBJ knows what he has to do.
Lets see if he delivers.

LBJ just needs to give Kyrie a piece of SpringHill Entertainment behind the scenes and call it a deal.

It means life after hoops and a steady cash flow with that hollywood night life that never runs dry.

Irving is not worth a 4 year max deal.

Only players im willing to pay max this offseason are Kawhi and Durant.

Irving was exposed against Milwaukee. George Hill and Bledsoe both played better than him. If he wants to come on a non max deal im all for it.

We can't invest heavily in players that have shown they are incapable of playing full seasons healthy

Thank God you are not the GM lol you don’t know who or what is worth the max contract. Kyrie is a max player. Lol some ppl lol why do I even respond 😂😂😂

Say Simmons is right, do we go all in for AD? Who would we trade? I would prefer to keep Lonzo and would trade Ingram, Kuz, Hart, and the pick.

I think the math needs Lonzo’s Salary unless the pick is top-5 or something

Ingram is damaged goods I doubt he can get us AD. If we are signing Kyrie, say bye to zo, kuz, the pick, and hart. Prob another vet to make salaries match.

So, all this hoopla of the coaching search was so the Lakers could sign Jason Kidd, who they have wanted since last year unfortunately. Get LeBron, have to deal with Magic & Pelinka. Get Kyrie, have to deal with Jason Kidd.

LBJ, Kyrie, then pull off a trade for AD. That could put us back on the map. Even better if BI gets healthy and we can keep him out of the trade.

If you can somehow keep Kuz, and get AD with Lonzo, BI, 11th, Wagner, 2020 1st and 2022 1st.... we can and should all get behind that.

AD
Kuz
LeBron
Hart
Kyrie

Fill that in with role players that shooters and/or defenders

Every team in the nba with space would sign Kyrie to the max if he wanted to play there. Your point I guess was maybe thought out but not very well. Kyrie is still considered one of the top pg’s in the game. Numbers don’t lie. Kyrie is also a clutch player. He had a bad few games to finish out in Boston but it did not diminish his worth. Look how much money some mid tier players are making and you say Kyrie is not a max player lol I just found it quite funny

I dont think every team would sign Kyrie to the max. Some teams dont have the space, others already have teams in place. Some teams already have two guards and would be redundant to sign another to max.

He is one of the top guards offensively you are right.

He was outplayed by both hill and Bledsoe this past series.

And honestly I understand Kyrie is worth the money compared to others. Hes not worth it for our. team.

We can't have a backcourt of two injury prone guards. Along with a max contract invested in a player who is incapable of staying on the court for 82 games.

We need players who play 82 games and can be relied on! especially if we are spending max money on them.

This is another shortcut idea by fans who overrate Kyries impact on a team.

He is a good player I love watching him. If he's taking less than max it makes sense for our team. IF not we should pass and look at other alternatives,

If we are going with the Jason Kidd route.. let’s hope he’s able to potentially coach a 3 trio of LeBron/AD/Irving ... it won’t be easy.

our same roster that was on pace to make the playoffs as a 4th seed before Lebron got injured?

Then rondo and Lonzo?

The whole narrative would've been different if Lebron stayed healthy.

That further proves my point. If we are signing someone to max we better make sure they are capable of playing 82 games on both sides of the floor with max effort. Kyrie hasn't proven that.

IMO better to spend money on building a team. Not just targeting so called max star players.

Windhorst will be on ESPN 710 if anyone’s interested to talk Kyrie/Lakers.

I think this is very interesting since it’s coming from Windhorst who stalks LeBron, and Jackie who covers ESPN Boston.

LeBron recruiting Kyrie.
