It takes greatness to lead the Bucks to a championship. There is no doubt he will join Kareem on the pantheon of great Milwaukee Bucks players.

I really hope Giannis gets the MVP.. Such a polar opposite person and basketball player then Harden imo.. No gimmicks and he just seems like a straight up genuine dude who is impossible not to root for. It's also nice to see such a great player dominating on both ends of the court which is not as common as it should be.

Giannis showing some limitations in this series.

This is where Kobe, MJ and the greats showcase themselves. If he steps up in game 6 and forces a game 7 they can win, he's going to be on another level.

If his team loses after being up 2-0 with HCA, I think the hype isn't warranted, yet. Very few players in league history can continue dominance shown in RS in playoff series as well. Giannis will need to show that to put himself at the level many are already saying he is.

I think if you switched LBJ and Giannis in the playoffs, LBJ takes the Bucks to the Finals for sure, and probably even wins it all with HCA against a Warriors team that may not have Durant. Giannis doesn't look like he's there yet, but he has many years left to show he could be.

Yeah, he's getting exposed. Still got a lot to learn.

He's only 24, though. He's not even on his prime. Bizarre to think how good he can be.

Nick Nurse has shown the league how to deal with Giannis. Antetokounmpo has the off season to work on his weaknesses. I'm on the watch for next season relating to Giannis Antetokounmpo. If this goes 7 I give the Bucks the edge it will be a home game for them.

There was a debate like a year and half ago about Giannis vs KP on one of the basketball TV programs. Clearly Giannis has stepped up and won it. However I recall Pippen and another guy making a case for Porzingis because of how important the outside shot is. You can't stop a player that can score inside and outside. It's just too difficult. You can contain a player significantly, if he relies so heavily on inside play. It was only a matter of time. Especially with the zone rules.

So now it's on Giannis to become a much better outside shooter. He has to be able to make shot after shot, to open up the driving lanes for himself. I wonder if he's going to go the Westbrook route, or he'll go the MJ route. We'll see.

Giannis is very young and clearly has a lot to learn both in improving his skill set and in terms of high end NBA play. That said he is still an amazing talent who will undoubtedly do very big things in his career. Great season Giannis!

I am a huge Giannis guy, he has the talent and the drive.

I think he continues to improve and he is already at a league MVP type level.

It was a rough series vs. Toronto, he didn't get a lot of help from guys like Bledsoe and Mirotic who were bricking 3's left and right....plus, the Deer Hunter (Kawhi Leonard) was playing for keeps.

Not a fan of this guy's game. It's entirely based on his length and athleticism.

The guy is a really likeable character, and I wish him the best, but I agree that there is not just one thing he does that is amazing in itself. What makes him dominant is the fact that he is capable of doing all those things that many other players do, but with a 6'11'' body.

Kawhi/Marc defense exposed his limitations big time.

I enjoy watching his defense and big dunks over people. You are right in terms of his offensive skills though. He is basically a modern Shaq in terms of offensive skills/dominance: game heavily weighted on athleticism over skill, can't shoot at all, uses the same few moves over and over again, and can be a liability late in games.
