IDK. Apparently the NBA season is either 1 or 2 games long.

This is how you know that this movie is going to gargle balls.

That went about as well as you could have expected a comedy sketch starring Kawhi Leonard to go.

What a joke. "We'll probably lose tonight even if I play, so I'll sit. Then, we can say we would have won if I played!"

The full time players on the team can’t be liking this.

It's early in the season and it's not even a back-to-back. This would have been frustrating if he played for us. Kinda glad we don't have to deal with it.

Did Jerry West ever have an opinion on load management?

this load management is a clear sign he has something chronic/degenerative going on
and last year he clearly limped to the finish and put up some bad games in the finals

104 year-old WWII vet
liberated a concentration camp
fought a month long campaign at Normandy

and this is how the clippers "honor" him

I'm so glad that the Lakers don't have those (bleep) mascots.

He has already missed 4 out of 13 games. And now they are saying he has a knee issue (is this for real or are they trying to avoid another fine). How can he be injured already when he doesn’t even play that often? No wonder the Spurs were frustrated with him.

It should keep him fresh, reduce injuries, and get him ready for the postseason, but it’s going to hurt their seeding and position in the standings.

That mascot wasn’t even funny. Was just being a dick and trying to embarrass the guy. And that might be the worst mascot ever.

Yup, while Kawhi is doing his load management, the other guys have to step it up and work harder without him. It can send a message that he is about himself more than the team.

Lebron played in the Finals 8 straight years and didn’t pull this bs. Same with Kobe after all his injuries and finals appearances.

It'll be interesting to see how Lou/Trez/Bev's body holds up long term. They aren't allowed to load manage and have to pick up the slack for the max vets.

Probably the same as they have in previous seasons

They held him hostage and made him a Clipper fan?

Lou (age 32 season last year): 26mpg (started 1 game out of 75)
Lou (age 33 season this year): 33mpg (started 3 games out of 13).

Trez is younger.

But last year he played 26mpg. This year up to 30 mpg.

So now you’re saying that being older is irrelevant?
