If LAL beat GSW in Wednesday’s play-in, they’ll face No. 2 seed Phoenix in Round 1.
If LAL lose to GSW, they’d play the winner of MEM vs. SAS on Friday for the right to face No. 1 seed Utah. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

I love that we are playing gsw. The scoring champ. The team no one wants to play. The team peaking. The leagues poster boy. |

Yup. I might be in the minority, but I believe playing Steph instead of the Grizz at least ensures our team gets up for the game and not play down to the competition.
Our team has a tendency to not play the best in the first game of each series. Can you imagine if we got Memphis first and we play down to the competition, then we draw Steph as the real elimination game??
As a fan, I'm super looking forward to the scoring champ take on my favourite team |

Just beat them right away to be safe, but Memphis/SAS are much preferable opponents if it comes to that. |
Yeah worse case scenario we get another shot at it. |
So if the Lakers lose to the Warriors they face the 9 v. 10 winner for the 8th seed...? Even though the Lakers finished 7th in the regular season. ? |
Yup. Better win against Steph, if not we meet the Jazz instead of the Suns |
And get the clips in round 2. |

Also I do think there's a bit of a rivalry between LBJ and Steph/Warriors. Good times! |

Welp, no one did the Lakers any favors. Oh well. Team controlled their destiny for playoffs or play in up until game 76.
I suppose at least they now control their destiny the rest of way...win out, win it all _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. He truly has no idea that he’s not as good as he thinks." - Killer_Z |

We put ourselves in this position, and now we need to fight our way through.
I am not worried too much about Steph. He's an incredible player, but we have an incredible defensive team and a coach that will have us prepared to smother him. |

Everybody wanted Denver in the first round. Everybody said Portland was weak.
If we beat the Warriors and Phoenix, we'll get Denver/Portland in the second round. We're in a nice bracket. |

I’m guessing Suns fans will be rooting hard for GS on Wednesday. |

Suns/Clippers/Nuggets Fans a bunch of sissies. They all have one thing in common to behave like such chumps. Their teams aint never won nothin, so its not a surprise to see them behave like cowards. |
