Thats why he's a role player and not a star. He's shooting a career high 40% from 3.

I'm with you. Gives max effort on both sides of floor. Execution isn't always there - but you don't ever need to question the effort.

Yeah, love this dude. His confidence gets completely shook a bit too easily for stretches but as long as he's good heading into the Playoffs that doesn't matter in the slightest and is quickly forgotten.

He can turn into McLemore at the 3 point line in any given game but the big difference is that he's a legit elite defender especially when fully engaged and that confidence is going strong. He was a huge reason we shut down or at least kept every elite backcourt we faced last year in check. I can promise no backcourt is looking forward to facing off against him, Dennis, Caruso and even THT has his defensive moments just not as consistently as the other 3 yet. Then you have our front court to deal with which is the best in the NBA by a large margin imo.

Still comes down to Lebron being at least 85-90% when we face the better teams but the game against the Suns just show why you can't count out the Lakers until they're officially gone.

Caldwell-Pope -- -- An efficient 10 points on 4-5 shooting in the first half. A couple of nice layups in there off some set plays. He also sank a wide open three, probably the most open he’s been all season. No scoring in the second half. He found AD2 for a layup, but otherwise quiet. The Stats: He scored 10 points on 4-5 shooting (1-1 from three, 1-1 from the line) to go with 4 boards, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, 1 turnover and 2 fouls in 31 minutes. He was a +7.

Very reliable. You can trust him to be on the floor in crunch time. Much love for this guy.

The perfect compliment to players like Bron and AD are players like KCP and AC. Hi IQ defenders that can hit the 3 and space the floor.

I honestly think KCP thrives off the pressure of playoff basketball. It forces him to be mentally focused and locked in. We all know he has a tendency to go off the rails during the regular season but Kenny is absolutely money in the postseason.

Both he and Caruso are essential pieces to our playoff success.

KCP proved himself to me in the crunch moments of last year's title run. On both ends of the court. I love the way he pairs up with AC on defense, and he makes clutch playoff shots with the game hanging in the balance and the 4th quarter winding down. Yeah he's worth the money, and I hope he stays a Laker.
