Nobody is beating Brooklyn. I'm not worried about the Clippers winning a chip. |
You are a KD injury away...
As long as the Nets are healthy they should be the heavy favorites to win the chip. |
And Pippers are a KL injury away from being swept... |
And we're an AD... wait a minute |

Kawhi can't keep playing at the level he's playing. And Utah isn't Dallas. Utah has more than one person that can score, and they have players that can defend. And the Clippers have no one who can stop Rudy G down low.
I may be completely wrong, but I'm still saying the Jazz in 5, and Kawhi takes his talents to South Beach. |

Not if Jazz defenders are disciplined on their defensive rotations and close outs. Let them go small and let Rudy score 40. |

Has he ever scored 40 in his career?
Looks what is happening to Bucks. Clips have lot of shooters and they will play small. |

Depends on defensive proficiency. Rockets tried to play small ball with us last playoffs, and we destroyed them. Utah is a pretty good defensive team; not so much fast, but they don't make alot of mistakes. Utah sort of plays like San Antonio did back in their hayday. Mitchell, Ingles and Bojan can stay with Clipper 3 point shooters, and they can also match their offensive fire power.
It's going to be an interesting series. |

Rockets was a one man team. Clips lead the league in 3pt shooting. |

This is not good. They aren’t the same without Conley. |

Conley is a bum. Always injured and overpaid. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Correct. First all-star appearance this season because of injury. |

Going to be a tough series for the Jazz. Conley is their leader and floor general. Guys like Clarkson and Ingles will have to step up. |

Jazz opening as the favorite to take the series. This is Gobert's time to shine. |

Before this game is over, do y'all still think Utah have a chance against the Clippers?

I don’t think it’s a good matchup for the Jazz tbh.
Imo we are headed to a Clippers/Nets finals. If Booker plays like he did against the Lakers, maybe the Suns/Nets. |

Clippers blew a 13-point halftime lead. The Clippers have no killer instinct. Jazz lead the series 1-0. Three more to go. Let's go Jazz! _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

However, all for not if Conley is toast for this series. Here's hoping he can play going forward and avoid further hamstring issues. |

Jazz came out sluggish after five days off and pummeled the Clippers in the second half without Conley. PG continues his terrible shooting against the Jazz. He's now shooting 30% against the Jazz over the past two years.

Mitchell’s pre 4th quarter speech was such a diss to the Clippers. “We gotta make them wanna quit and then they will” (paraphrasing) |

When I saw that, I thought why doesn't a Clippers intern have that on a tablet to show the team what he just said... lol |

This is the Clippers last chance at finally getting over the hump, numerous teams are gonna be significantly Improved next year including the likely new revamped Lakers, it’s gonna be delicious if Kawhi walks and they trade Paul George and finally re-locate to Inglewood. |

first time in my life i'm rooting for the Jazz. They almost found a way to blow it last night but thankfully they pulled it off.
You have to imagine Kannard wont keep shooting THAT hot and hopefully Jazz can limit the amount of 2nd chance points (felt like the clippers never missed a 2nd chance 3). That said, its hard to imagine KL and PG dont play better. Should be a fun series -- go jazz. |

It feels that way, but on paper, it seems like it should be a good match without Harden. Freak, Middleton, and Jrue should give them a good match, but Middleton can be disappointing at times. |
40 point beatdown tonight without Harden. Bucks are and have always been pretenders. This game is really simple. You need stars, and Giannis doesn't have a legit 2nd star to help him out. He has a bunch of guys that would make great third/fourth options on a championship team, though (Middleton, Holiday, Lopez)
Say what you want about Pandemic P's inconsistent play, but Clippers are closer to being a legit contender than the Bucks because Kawhi actually has a Robin. |
Said many times Giannis is Shaq, he needs his Kobe. But there isn't another alpha going to Milwaukee. Heck, if the mid-tier stars like Middleton and Jrue can leave, they'd bolt too. But the CBA and salary cap sets it up to entice these guys to stay put. They get Lebron money to stay in Milwaukee. I mean it's insane if you think about it. How does Jrue make $40 million a year??? Middleton is a max guy too, right? Unbelievable. |
