So much for AD at the 5 for when matchup dictates.

Get ready for Poole and Steph 3 bombs with DJ chasing on perimeter.

This is one of the opponents you just roll with AD at the 5.

Why did they even bother with that “AD ready to play the 5” bs?

Lmao at DAJ going from “not even worth a spot on the Nets” to “starting for the Lakers.” Rob must know (or not know) something everyone else in the league does not (or does).

I’m not even going to blame AD this time. He publicly stated all summer that he’s open to the 5.

This is on Vogel. He’s going to live or die by his twin tower defensive structure.

Warriors are without Klay so it should be an easy win, right? Without KCP and AC to slow him down, Steph might go off for 60 pts tonite. Why did they give us a team that didn't even make the playoffs in the season opener? Are they already having low expectations for the Lakers?

I'm expecting a blowout loss, followed by threads with the following titles: 0-82 a possibility?; Fire Vogel Now; Blow this trash up; What if this team had prime Kobe instead of washed up Lebron?

Expecting a blowout loss. Steph will be Steph, Jordan Poole will be Michael Jordan and we will likely end up trading our 2 points for their 3 points.

I do hope we see some effort and pride from the Lakers and not get badly blown out.

You would think they'd learn from last year, that collecting other people's garbage and putting them in our starting lineup is not conducive to winning.

Not concerned about our starters it's the bench that is pretty thin with all the injuries. Carmelo and Monk will probably do the bulk of the scoring.

I'm seeing complaints about Vogel's lineup already. I'm on record for saying Frank is the Lakers weakest link.

Pressure is squarely on Vogel. Not many blamed him last season because of injury and roster construction counter to what he likes to do.

Pelinka got him his wish, so he had better win now with the twin towers strategy. There is no Harrell or Gasol to point to now.

He has his prototype towers in Dwight and DJ to support AD.

Hopefully he can at least block some shots. I honestly believe Mcgee is better.

If Nunn can't play then Rondo will have to play more minutes than expected.

AVERY ON THE COURT

Per Goon (video at link)

Avery Bradley back on the court for the Lakers. He played against them for the Warriors during the preseason.

Per Buha

Malik Monk is available tonight, per Frank Vogel. Kendrick Nunn is warming up currently and is a game-time decision.

STILL NO GAMESMANSHIP

Per Buha

I asked Vogel if he was willing to share his starting lineup for tonight: “No.”

Was it Chuck that I heard yelling "sweep sweep sweep" when Ernie brought up the Dodgers game?

F U Chuck. Why you hate LA so much?

Also, Giannis with a jumper and the whole league is in trouble.

He may be but he plays for Pheonix.
