If they take it seriously its easy win, if they don't could be a loss. But its just matter of how they will turn up for this game.

Still missing 3 rotation players capable of playing some defense. Still, there were signs of life last game, and we are .500 in spite of the rough start. I wish I could enjoy watching these games a bit more.

A small wish list off the top of my head Lakers:

Play on a string now and then like you understand team defense.
Westbrook: cut the turnovers, and don't abandon defense to steal rebounds from teammates.
Keep playing Reaves. Screw stats he gains possessions and disrupts opponents on both ends of the court.
Melo's either hot or hooked quickly. Must admit when he's on it's fun to watch. Fugly when he's not.
I just don't enjoy lane clogging DAJ time with WB on the floor.
Move through a semblance of organized offense so AD gets a lane when he gets the ball early in the offense in the high post.
Unless Melo's going ballistic in a good way, let's only hide one marginal defender at a time, hard as that might be right now.

I'm sure I missed quite a few.

Definitely a winnable game. It does depend on which Laker team shows up.

Rams are hammering the Houston Texans… later hopefully the Braves close out the Houston Cheatros and then the Lakers can finish off the Houston Rockets

Should be three easy games for the Lakers before they play the Blazers.

Win or lose, just hope the team continues to improve in the right direction.

Can Melo string together consecutive good games?

Which AD will we get today? Will he lead on the court or only in post game interviews?

How many turnovers will Russ total?

How much will Vogel go back to the lineup of AB, Baze, Bron, AD, Dwight for defense?

Strength of schedule must be in the negatives right now. These teams are so bad.

Per Buha

LeBron James is a game-time decision tonight, per Frank Vogel.

https://twitter.com/jovanbuha/status/1454973165944262657?s=21

Anthony Davis is playing. Dwight Howard is also a game-time decision.

Just win. Play Russ less and let Reaves get more minutes. AB needs more burn too. We need defense.

Please no OKC debacles. That game is causing us all nightmares.

Get a big lead and blow them out.

per Goon

The Lakers have changed the starting lineup: Anthony Davis starts at center, while Avery Bradley slides in at guard in place of DeAndre Jordan.

Per Trudell

Lakers starters:

Russell Westbrook
Avery Bradley
Kent Bazemore
LeBron James
Anthony Davis

This is the first game AD will start at the 5.

If we play defense, we will win easy, but we don't play defense, collectively, so I don't see us blowing them out. We might even a hard time winning, trading baskets.

Ellington Not Play yet

Per Goon

No -- same as the last three games, he'll suit up but is not likely to play in the rotation. He got some work in practice yesterday, but Frank Vogel says he's bringing him along slowly.

Now this is more like it. 2 defenders with the big 3.

Bradley is more of a starter type then a bench type... there is a good chance the team will finally start clicking a little bit, Bradley will give us a huge spark from the opening tip with his tenacious defense.
