I'm really enjoying Monk on offense.

But man, teams routinely pick on him on defense, and when he switches on defense it's a wrap.

I wanted to him to start right when they got him.

It's more likely that the front office trades him for an aging veteran.

It's amazing how much they mismanage talent.

Not even good at the one thing he’s a specialist at anymore.

This will only work until Monk gets exposed on defense then its off to the next trendy easy fix. As though this lakers lineup is one small tweak away from the promised land.

But Avery was waived, wasn't he? What does it say about our team constitution when guys that are dumped from other teams become starters on our team?

LG in a nutshell

We're losing with one guy so start some other guy who is worse must be the solution. Monk is not a winning player.

End of story

Yup.
Fact is every single of them has major flaws, and that's why they were vet-mins/cast-offs.
The opposing coach simply plays to exploit their flaws to the max. If Monk, switch onto him. If Bradley shoot over him and let him take 3's. If THT let him shoot and just go at him on defense. Then let that advantage ride through the game and reap the rewards.

or just use some common sense and instead of having 3 ball handlers in a starting lineup, add a guy that can spread the floor and bring the other young guy from bench and give him the ball

specially when ur soft Big is averse to playing the 5 position and demands a traditional center to start next to him

its not like THT is playing all world defense
