I used to emulate his crazy post up fadeaway jumper back in the day. I secretly loved Rasheed as a player and am happy he's with us. Both he and Ham hopefully set the tone with our really soft team (saying a Byron-ism).

Friends used to wonder if he would always walked by the chalkboard before coming on the court. Turns out it's a birthmark?

Just need to sign Metta World Peace too and it’s a dream team of coaches.

If Sheed doesn't start kissing LBJ's ass this might be an encouraging development

If he brings in Metta, that would be great towards intensity and toughness on the defensive end, especially for a player like Stanley Johnson. I would welcome him being signed. We definitely need to get an offensive coach though.

I love players like Rasheed, Draymond, Barkley that tell you what they think to your face... I hate passive aggressive dudes that undermine you behind your back... tell you about how everything is about team then try to trade you the moment something goes wrong.

We'll see what happens

I'm not saying they'd be great coaches... I'm saying I like them.

I don't like people who talk nice to the cameras and then f*ck with you behind your back. It's terrible for building team morale.

Toughness epitomized...hope it gets done, he'd be a great addition!!

Are the Lakers building a post-LeBron Coaching Staff? Promising, anyway you slice it.

Technicals are only an issue if you are in the playoffs and losing games by one point.

If we actually get to that point again, then we can address Rasheed's penchant for technicals.

Or keep it cool with the cameras running, but be real face-to-face & in the locker room. And yeah no tearing anyone down behind their back.

One of the last people I expected to see on a Laker coaching staff. I'll be interested in seeing how this plays out. Particularly his approach to handling 'morale problems.'

they are momentum killers though... and Rasheed argue the most non-sensical of things.

Interesting. Back when he played he seemed to have some really nice games vs the Lakers. Never thought he'd coach here.
