Games I watched him play, dude is fiery, a Matt Barnes type of player (but not going over the top like Barnes did). 6'6, but plays a lot bigger. I remember they had him guarding AD at times.

I was impressed with his vision and passing. He wasn’t just a spot up shooter he cuts well and pass well off the cuts.

One of the least talked about pickups for us. He is essentially the exact opposite of 1/2 the players we had on our team last year. Hustle, heart, energy and defensive tenacity. A better version of Stanley Johnson. Exactly what the doctor ordered.

Our team D will be much improved this season.

I like him but I don’t think he’s a better version of Stanley.

I actually think JTA and Bev will quickly become Lakers fan favorites when they play.

Bev will play more but we finally have some guys who won’t take nights off and go all out.

I am guessing that the reason Stanley is gone is because they figure he will produce whatever Johnson was doing.

Awesome video, thx for sharing.

Damn, JTA had handles. Makes you appreciate how damn good these guys are. Steph, Kyrie and Dame must be off the charts if JTA looks that good.

Yeah, again, I think that he is who made Stanley Johnson tradeable in the Lakers eyes.

Lakers are going for a massive culture change. Gone are selfish (except for one more move ) non-hustling, non-defending players. Is JTA a major minutes player on a contending team? Probably not. But the players we picked up including JTA will not quit and fold like a lawn chair when facing competition. For a min signing it’s a great culture move.

No prob man. Depending on his offensive production I think he’s got a shot to crack the rotation because we lack big guards and wings

JTA deciding to be everywhere grabbing boards, deflecting passes, making shots is HUGE for this team. We’ve been needing this from him. One of the few players we have that have the size needed on the court.

Much needed size on frontcourt. Hopefully he can get his 3 pt shot going.

Well Juan...I may be alone in missing you on the Lakers. Sorry it didn't work out here, hopefully you'll do well in Utah. I'll still be cheering for you.

Per Woj

Also in deal: Juan Toscano-Anderson and Damian Jones to Jazz, Nickeil Alexander-Walker to the Timberwolves, sources said.
