Games I watched him play, dude is fiery, a Matt Barnes type of player (but not going over the top like Barnes did). 6'6, but plays a lot bigger. I remember they had him guarding AD at times.

Lakers are going for a massive culture change. Gone are selfish (except for one more move ) non-hustling, non-defending players. Is JTA a major minutes player on a contending team? Probably not. But the players we picked up including JTA will not quit and fold like a lawn chair when facing competition. JTA deciding to be everywhere grabbing boards, deflecting passes, making shots is HUGE for this team. We’ve been needing this from him. One of the few players we have that have the size needed on the court.
Much needed size on frontcourt. Hopefully he can get his 3 pt shot going.
