Both of them are small guards. From a defensive perspective you could only really have one. Injury and market decided which one we kept, but if he's healthy, probably the better one. |
That's probably why Popovich would play Patty Mills with Rudy Gay. |

I can relate to posters who want to include Nunn in every trade variation they can imagine. However, I'm not one of them. I was disappointed that he didn't play a single game last year, but he's (according to most reports) healthy now. It seems like a formality that he'll be cleared soon.
Unless something absolutely intriguing comes our way, I'd at least want to see what he brings until the trade deadline. If he's producing, which is likely because the guy can play, he becomes either a productive piece going forward, or he becomes an easy contract to move.
In short, build up his value before being so eager to trade him. He's a great cheap piece either way. |

Prediction: he will be our "X" factor this year. Possibly our 3rd best player. |

What people need to remember is that this cat has been in the league for just 2-3 years and is already elite at being effective on 15ppg.
I could easily see him getting to 20ppg if given the minutes and he should be given. |

Hopefully he will be ready to go by training camp. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

When Nunn came to this team, I had great expectations that he would be a huge contribution off the bench and give the Lakers great balance in the rotation...
I never saw him as anything more than that. Not sure why some are considering him a key component to the Lakers Success for this season, I don't think he will ever be healthy from this point forward.
The Lakes should package him in a trade to Indy or something smaller to Utah. |

Light it up Nunn. The kid is a real player. I am not hating on him for not having played last season. In fact (hindsight), I am glad he was out because if he played, he would have bounced this season and we would have had one less piece. |
