Beverley Schroder Nunn PippenJr.
Reaves Walker Christie
LBJ Brown JTA
AD Wenyen Swider
TBryant Jones

Westbrook just ruins everything. But when you just take him out of the equation, things become much better.

Nunn as a 3rd string is a total waste.

Both Westbrook and Nunn need to be traded at this point for taller, starting caliber SG, and depth at PF and SF. Wenyen is not an NBA player so no way he should see real playing time.

Don't know why we needed a new tread to say what we are already saying elsewhere...

It's going to be this for the majority of the game no matter who starts the game:

DS PB
West Nunn
Walker Reaves Brown
LBJ JTA WG
AD Bryant Jones

A little guard heavy but not as bad as everyone here thinks. We are going to be running a ton of death lineups with AD at the 5. He's not going back to Power forward... He's a center in today's game he and everyone here has to deal with that.

Ya, we don't need to waste anymore time experimenting with Westbroke. There's been enough experimentation going on with him. Time to give other players a chance. I'd really like to finally see a Laker lineup without Brick for an extended period of time.

Not strong at SG and horrible when AD misses games

He’s a PF that does not like to play C, I guess we ram it down this
throat just because…

AD and Lebron will probably miss at least 15-20 games each. It's not good that our current choices to start those 30+ games are Wenyen Gabriel, JTA, Troy Brown, or somebody markedly undersized.

The one thing we're missing is a legitimate two-way backup 4 who is at least 6-foot-8.

If we trade Westbrook for someone like that, we'd have a balanced roster that may even have a shot at contending.

If you don't want to win games play twin towers all the time and watch them get burned on the perimeter but you can't tell me

DS
PB
Reaves or JTA
LBJ
AD

doesn't look like a scary unit

That looks a little light on three point shooting

Westbrook should play a sixth man Lou Williams sort of role. If he doesn’t want to, then waive him.

Isn’t that Schroeder’s role?

Interesting because I have AD spending most of his time at the 4. The season is almost here.

They will still start games in twin towers (especially to start the season) but the majority of the game should have AD at the 5. As the season goes on they will play AD at the 5 more and more when it becomes clear we are more effective with him there.

Not saying we never will go twin towers, but it should be only against certain teams. It is nice to be able to switch strategy when needed but this idea that AD should play most of his minutes at the 4 is not great

PG.Nunn / Dennis
SG.Beverly / Reeves
SF.LeBron / Walker
PF.Davis / Toscano
C.Bryant / Jones

Man that is a pretty line up... the bench looks great long as we can keep LeBron or Davis in that PF/C spot for some interior scoring and strength.

If we can trade Brick for a shooter bigger than Beverly that would be great if not im ok with that team

Shroder should start because he can at least shoot.

Russ or no Russ, no one other than Lebron to guard tall wings. Rob has cemented the ceiling of this team.
