Recently finished The Old Man.

Fantastic. The pace reminds me of BB/BTS, though it'll need a few good seasons to get near that level.

Moving to damn fast for me. It's hard to keep up with who's who.

It's not nice to call the Princess a whore and her sons bastards. You could lose your head.

Trevor Noah agrees with you.

https://youtu.be/xJ0AFfHg8DA?t=456

I also read the part in the throne room scene with the crown falling off King Viserys' head and Daemon picking it up was unscripted. Such a powerful performance by Paddy Considine and Matt Smith with so few words.

Excellent impromptu acting, camera work, and editing. LINK

As far as keeping up with who's who. Make sense of THIS

HoD was very good. Alicent's story arch has been the best one so far and Olivia Cooke nailed it. What a performance.

Rhaenyra's fate was revealed in GoT when Joffrey was taking his betrothed on a tour of he crypts.

Finally finished it last night. Definitely my favorite new series of the last couple of years. And the reveal of 5 minutes of the finale left me grinning ear to ear and dying for more, which apparently we may get next summer. So many interesting ways to go from here.

I watched E1 & 2. Jeff Bridges' graveled voice is classic. I'm in love with Dave and Carol. I hope they last the entire series.

I thought Emma D'Arcy (Rhaenyra) really shined with her performance in the finale just as Paddy Considine did in ep 8.

The marrying between family members was interesting. I may have missed it. Was there any mention of children being born with abnormalities or deformities?

I watched The Old Man. It's a great series. I'm hooked. DMR, I'm confused. Who's Emily/Angela's father, Dan Chase or Farzad Hamazad? I think it's Hamazad. I think his daughter is what Chase has that he wants.

The series has been renewed. Can't wait for it to drop.

I'm sure you don't really want spoilers, so just watch the show. I'll just sat this: the real story line on Angela is not who her father is, but which father figure has been the one most connected and invested in her; even saying that is a bit of a spoiler. So, like I said, just enjoy the show and watch it play out.

I started Shantaram on AppleTV. It has a good pace for most of the first few episodes. There aren't many shows right now that appeal to me, so of what's available, it's one of the best.
