why are we favored by 7 to win this? the Spurs have a better record than us despite dropping a million games recently, and they're gonna make fewer mistakes than us and Detroit

It’s a gambling trap

Despite the Spurs losing by 20+ last night and being on a B2B, books are trying to bait public into thinking this Lakers team is capable of blowing anyone out lol.

Getting the BRK and DET wins were nice but you lose this game you are taking 2 steps back as a team especially considering that the Lakers have to play the Spurs twice in San Antonio and have the Suns coming up on Tuesday.

Actually that’s a good point but I don’t think it was legitimate tanking. Just that they sucked with Robinson out for season.

Btw, Spurs 1-9 in their last 10.

Spread should be 15-20 but they must be expecting the Lakers to play down to them.

Well Ham the team is 4-10 and the WC teams are piling up wins, there is a reason to have urgency.

Are we better off with an 80% Lebron or with no Lebron? Five or ten years ago, you'd go with the 80% Lebron. Not now.

Just his presence alone will make a difference, the team is riding on the hopes that they can pull off wins like they did against the Nets and Pistons but you can’t take your chances especially when we are out of the outside looking in for the play in.

Same starters as last game for the Lakers: Beverley, Reaves, Walker IV, Brown Jr. and Davis.

LeBron will miss his fourth straight game with the strained adductor.

So what’s the point of making LeGroin questionable if he’s going to miss those 3 games
