The South Bay Lakers played their ninth game of the regular season against the Motor City Cruise as they won, 127-117, on Thursday night.
Scotty Pippen Jr. led the Lakers (6-3) in scoring with 28 points. Keifer Sykes paced the Cruise (2-8), scoring 19 points.

Scotty Pippen Jr. and Bryce Hamilton led the Lakers (7-4) in scoring with 20 points each. Moses Moody paced the Warriors (5-7), scoring 26 points.

Jay Huff - 13 points 14 rebounds, 5 blocks.
The South Bay Lakers played their twelfth game of the season against the Santa Cruz Warriors as they won, 152-118, on Sunday night.
Javante McCoy and Cole Swider led the Lakers (8-4) in scoring with 23 points each. Patrick Baldwin Jr. paced the Warriors (5-8), scoring 21 points.
It’d be hard to find a more dominant rim-protector in the G this season than South Bay’s Jay Huff.
The big man has put up absurd shot-blocking numbers, leading the G in blocks per game (4.4) by a considerable margin.
He’s recorded four or more blocks in eight regular season games thus far; no other player in the G has more than three such outings.
With Huff anchoring down low, Shaq Harrison has caused considerable chaos on the perimeter (2.1 STL),
Scotty Pippen Jr., who’s recorded 25 or more points in three-straight games, has been the team’s engine on offense.

I saw this game in ESPN 3 Mexico and the Capitanes have a very good veteran team. KFarried, AMcKinney, Mason Jones(Yeah the one that was 2way last year) and a couple of very good mexican players. Was a very fast pace fun game.

The NBA footprint is making a lasting impression on the Mexican market, which could eventually lead to an NBA expansion team in Mexico City.
