Personally, I love Marshal Mathers off the Marshal Mathers LP and Beautiful off Relapse. I think his more soulful, tragic and personal songs are more, well, beautiful. Interestingly enough I love Em for his anger and for his raw power and lyrics, but MM and Beautiful are two of my favorite songs by him. MM moreso than Beautiful, mostly because I don't like his singing voice. I'd rather he had someone else sing the chorus in beautiful but that wouldn't be true to the spirit of the song and his lyrics if he had someone else sing the chorus about being true to yourself.
I like Drug Ballad a lot too but that shouldn't be in the discussion. I just wanted to give the song some love lol. |

Any order of Lose Yourself, The Way I Am, & Stan.
His recent album, though not being near his peak as a rapper, still very good and really shows why he's such a great artist IMO. |

He has a whole bunch of great great songs.
I'd say, in no order:
Not Afraid
Above The Law
Till I Collapse
Lose Yourself
Stan
Say Goodbye to Hollywood
Seduction/Space Bound
Medicine Ball
Beautiful
Haile's Song |

Yeah, that's pretty much the anthem of rap. |

I used to love his music. Over time I really grew out of it and now think most of it is crap. That being said, his best song is probably Stan. |
