It's amazing that some guys like Diaw with no athleticism whatsoever are so clever around the basket, while Julius struggles so much to get a shot off. Adrian Dantly is the ultimate post player who had no athleticism, no lift. Yet he would school you all day.

Ingram is preparing to run a marathon, that's why he spends 30 minutes just running up and down the court. It just happens to be on a basketball court, but don't worry about him getting the ball
