One major reason this team is going nowhere. And this man is making $50m 🤦🏾♂️
most painful one was that one leg fadeaway against mcconnald with 16 seconds left on the clock. he had the baseline spin wide open and chose to take a super low percentage shot...
Lebron brings up getting his rhythm back in every interview. Lebron saw that 4th quarter as an opportunity to try to get some of his personal rhythm back…and before you know it things got out of hand.
I don’t think Lebron has comes to terms with what he can and cannot do at this stage of his career, he still seems to think getting his groove back is what’s best for this team long term, and that we need to take the lumps as he finds himself.
We go as far as AD takes us at this point, while focusing more on team ball because Lebron isn’t Lebron anymore. Problem is, Lebron doesn’t see that yet.

Just play like old Karl Malone
He really should.
But it’s obvious he’s not convinced yet that taking a step back will make us better. Carmelo had to sit out of the league one year to come to terms with the fact he wasn’t who he used to be. What will it take for Lebron to realize his own basketball mortality?

LeBron needs to be surrounded by a team of younger, hungrier, and more intense wing players who can shoot, defend, run, and attack the rim. It's the only way to mask him at this point. But until Tatum and Brown join the Lakers, Ham needs to get in LeBron's ear. Facts over feelings. Give AD the ball.

It's on Ham to show the film and do facts over feelings, may have to play LeBron less minutes so he can give full effort when he's on the floor.
It's doable with Lebron, just have to manage the game correctly. _________________ “When it looks as if it is a realistic possibility, I want to focus on winning a ship like it’s a goal that can’t be denied. I didn’t see that this off season.”
Honestly, this stuff LeBron has been getting away with since becoming a Laker. Except, he was still so good in other areas, it made up the difference, and then some. Now, he doesn't have the out-of-your-seat plays, to mask his poor on court effort, and leadership. Don't ask/demand of others, the things you can't/refuse to do. _________________ ZOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Karl Malone could shoot
and you think LBJ couldn't shoot?
I think Malone can still shoot better from mid range than most players now. That jumper was lethal

To be more accurate, LeBron is a streaky shooter. When his shot is on, it gets everything going for him. Earlier in his career, it was the opposite. He was so hard to stop going to the basket, if his shot was on, it was almost impossible to stop him. At this stage of his career, his jump shot is his go to game. If he's shooting well, it opens everything else up for him, and the team. That's just his game now. _________________ ZOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!
