There won't be another Lebron/Kobe/MJ/Kareem/Wilt/Shaq/Duncan/Hakeem/Dirk/Nash/etc because the age of durability and player longevity is all but over. Guys like Durant, DeRozan, Steph are the last of a dying breed. Just enjoy it, because at this rate, stars will be resting (and/or getting hurt) every other game in the coming years.

Not excited for tonight at all. I’m not a LeBron hater, far from it. I’m just sad our ownership is all giddy looking forward for this extravaganza since last year, instead of going all in get LeBron some help to win another chip before he retires. I also pissed off that the entire league is benefiting from this, this is what the entire league want the Laker franchise to be, a show attraction bit not a title contender. Laker taxing during trade deadline is REAL, our ownership is soft and not wealthy enough to do anything about it.

Better players are going to come after. Some people will be plagued by injuries. _________________ The most important shot in basketball.

I'd love to believe you, but star players are missing games at unprecedented rates and it's only going up. That's a lot of lost revenue for teams. AAU and all year round basketball are killing young players bodies before they even enter the NBA (see Zo, BI, DLo, Zion, etc). Injuries and chronic degenerative conditions that were common for players over 30 are now happening to players in their teens and early 20s. As Lebron retires, we're going see a new generation of players that will be anti-durable and fragile. It's just a sad reality that we have to accept.
I didn't think I'd be pump, but I'm pretty excited. Fans at Crypto seem pumped too. Internet fans a different breed I guess. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!!
Congratulations to LBJ on a brilliant performance to break the record unfortunately combined with an absolutely putrid performance by the rest of the team.
Something is wrong with AD...
Either he's hurt, or he's done mentally.
He keeps getting beat on hustle plays and we need these victories.
But that's the way to break the record... too bad the rest of the team wasn't up to the occasion.

Since when are Curry and especially Durant known for their durability? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

I'm on the east coast trying to complain before I get to bed, yal are making it hard way too much traffic. Some will say this is LBJs moment and night. Sure, it is, but we can't deny how bad things are and how they can't even get him a win, let alone get themselves a win.
